Product introduction
??This machine is a continuous-flow drying equipment , used for the drying of sheets, strips, and granular materials with good air permeability. For dehydrated vegetables, Chinese Herbal Pieces and other types of materials with high moisture content, and the temperature is not allowed to be high. Particularly suitable; this series of drying machine has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation strength and good product quality. For the dehydrated cake-like paste material, it can be dried after being granulated or made into a rod shape.
Performance characteristics◎ can adjust the air volume, heating temperature, material retention time and feeding speed to achieve the best drying effect.

Working principle??Material is evenly laid on the mesh belt by a feeder. The mesh belt generally adopts a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh and is moved by a transmission device to move in the dryer. The dryer consists of several units. Each unit has its hot air circulates independently. Part of the exhaust air is discharged by a special dehumidifying fan. The exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot gas from the bottom up or from top to bottom passes through the mesh belts covered with materials to complete the heat and The process of mass transfer takes away material moisture. The mesh belt moves slowly, the operating speed can be adjusted freely according to the material temperature, and the dried product continuously falls into the receiver. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to the needs of users, and the number of units can also be selected according to the needs.
Adapt to the??dehydrated vegetables, pellet feed, monosodium glutamate, coconut, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, acrylic fiber, medicines, herbs, small wood products, plastic products, electronic devices without aging, curing and so on.
