   working principle:
      The material is uniformly distributed into the evaporator tubes through the distributor, and the material forms a spiral film shape from the top to the bottom under the action of gravity and self-evaporation secondary steam, and the material film exchanges heat with the steam on the outer wall of the tube. The water in the material is evaporated by heat, the stable temperature difference and the heat transfer area are formed, and a stable evaporation amount of water is formed, and the secondary steam formed by the evaporated water is used for many times, and the heat is utilized to reduce the steam. Consumption, forming the design principle of multiple evaporation purposes. 

   Performance characteristics:
      The evaporator distribution plate is spiral, the material distribution is particularly balanced, the liquid is absolutely formed along the inner wall of the tube, 
 and the top cover of the sugar concentration evaporator is suitable  for cleaning and maintenance. 
      If the production volume does not require large evaporation. The heat exchange area can be changed. 
      The vacuum system can be selected by the user, either a water ring vacuum pump or a water jet pump. 
      Condensate can be recycled. 
      When the evaporation amount is 3900 kg/h, the amount of steam is 1300 kg/h. 
      The heat dissipation is small, especially the secondary steam.
